Timney Triggers are one of the best investments you can make in the overall accuracy of your rifle. This particular trigger has an adjustment that allows you to vary the trigger pull from 1.5 up to 4 LBS. 3 LBS is the default trigger pull weight. The safety is a 3 position system including Safe with Bolt Lock, Safe without Bolt Lock, and Fire. The Howa does not utilize the safety with bolt lock position and the included instructions will explain how to modify the trigger. There is no adjustment for overtravel.
